For those seeking exclusive function venues that take full advantage of its setting, the resort’s Honu Room, Lanai and Garden serve up a total of 5,773 sq. ft. of space, flowing from the tropical-themed interior to a garden courtyard.
From coffee breaks with java grown exclusively on Maui to dinners showcasing Hawaii’s regional cuisine, our on-site special events staff and catering team will create an event that’s as memorable as the resort’s setting.

Meeting & Events Spaces
Honu Room, Lanai and Garden
Radiating the warmth of a grand room in a private-estate, the 1,386-sq. ft. Honu Room accommodates garden view functions for up to 60 guests with theater-style seating.
With its tropical décor, the space flows onto the open-air Honu Lanai that overlooks a garden courtyard. This 768-sq. ft. terrace accommodates up to 20 guests for seated banquets and up to 35 for receptions.
Beyond the lanai, the 3,219-sq. ft. Honu Garden presents a courtyard setting that handles seated banquets for 100 guests or receptions for 150.
Ohina Conference Room
Ideal for up to 25 guests, the Ohina Conference Room is 400-sq. ft. equipped with executive boardroom tables and seating, 60-inch HDTV, DVD player and WiFi Internet access. For catered event convenience, it features a fully-equipped pantry room that’s perfect for food preparation and service.
The resort’s on-site special events staff and catering team are available to recommend themes and menus to fit budgets and preferences.
Castaway Café
With its award-winning wine list and open-air beachfront setting between the resort’s swimming pools and the Pacific, the casual Castaway Café delivers one of Kaanapali’s most coveted sunset views with the islands of Lanai and Molokai as a backdrop. Groups of up to 125 can reserve space for private breakfasts, luncheons, dinners and receptions.
