Unfortunately no, but our friends at Roberts Hawaii do. We recommend reaching out to them for reliable shuttles and airport transfers.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our check-in time is 4 p.m. and our check-out is by 11 a.m.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes, parking is included with daily resort fee of $35/day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation and deposit policies may vary by rate. Please review the specific booking policies prior to making a reservation.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, but only if they are service animals for your stay.
Do you have accessible rooms or facilities?
Condos and rooms at Aston Maui Kāʻanapali Villas are individually owned and full ADA accessible rooms are not available. However, we can install shower chairs and will accommodate grab bars upon request. For a property map and more info on accessible areas, please reference the Accessibility page on our website.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can. Please stop by the front desk when you need to store your luggage on your day of arrival or departure details, we’ll take care of the rest.
Are there connecting or adjoining rooms available?
We don’t have any connecting or adjoining rooms available at Aston Maui Kāʻanapali Villas.

Is breakfast included with room accommodations?
No, but the on-site Castaway Café is a great dining option to grab breakfast with beachfront views. Morning favorites include Crab Cake Benedict, Kalua Pork Huevos Rancheros, and Paradise Pancakes with seasonal fruit.
Is there a mini-fridge, kettle, or microwave in the room?
The hotel rooms have coffee makers and a mini-fridge. Studios and suites feature fully equipped kitchens where you can flex your culinary skills.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, wi-fi is covered as part of the daily amenity fee.
Can I request an extra bed or baby cot?
Yes, we can provide a complimentary crib and rollaway beds are available for $30 a day. Both are based on availability.
Are housekeeping services included?
Yes, housekeeping services is provided every third day of your stay.
Can I choose my room location (e.g., floor, view, near elevator)?
We do our best to accommodate these requests but we are not able to guarantee specific room locations.
Do the rooms have a safe for valuables?
Yes, there is a safe in each room and we recommend you keep your valuables stored here. If you fail to use the in-room safe, you assume full responsibility for the loss of valuables sustained by you as a result of theft or otherwise unless the loss is due to negligence or fault of the hotel. A complete copy of the applicable law is posted behind the guest room door and is also available at the Front Desk.
Is there a workspace or desk in the room?
Yes, each room or suite has a desk or workspace where you can sit to do some work during your stay.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the room?
Yes, each room or suite has both an iron and ironing board.

What are the must-see attractions near the hotel?
Kahekili Beach Park is a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and Kāʻanapali Beach is a 6-minute drive away. We also recommend taking sailing lessons at West Maui Sailing School, shopping at Whalers Village, and finding local treasures at the Maui Gift & Craft Fair every Sunday at Lahaina Gateway.

Can you help arrange transportation to local attractions?
There may be transit included in packages you book directly with Lobby Concierge by Pleasant Activities. Otherwise, we’re happy to call you a taxi or you can use rideshare apps like Uber that operate around Maui.
How far is the hotel from the city center or major landmarks?
Whalers Village is a popular shopping center with a lively food court that’s a 5-minute drive from the hotel. You can also get to the city of Kahului in less than an hour where you can visit the Maui Arts & Cultural Center and Maui Nui Botanical Gardens.
Is public transport easily accessible from the hotel?
There’s a trolley that runs every 30 minutes to catch the local bus to major attractions.
Are there any free local attractions or walking tours?
All Hawaiian beaches are free to the public and Maui Walking Tours offer guided walks through Kihei and Wailuku. DoMauiRight.com is located by the Lobby Concierge at the hotel and includes a free vacation photo and guided tour of Kāʻanapali history.
Do you provide maps or local area guides?
Yes, come by the front desk for a local map.
What are the best restaurants, cafes, or bars nearby?
Our on-site Castaway Café is a great spot to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner with beachfront views (try our Kalua Pork Nachos and Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi). A short drive away, you can get to Pizza Paradiso, Java Jazz and Whalers Village where you can dine at Monkeypod Kitchen for local fare.
